HOST 2021: WE'RE CERTAINLY OFF TO A GREAT, FRESH START!
5 days, thousands of visitors, and more than 500 industry professionals, who, intrigued by the extraordinary VALKO menu, accepted our CHALLENGE, and were inevitably amazed by the exceptional mix of flavours, textures, and colours.
A unique and unrepeatable experience, which, thanks to the contribution of illustrious partners such as GRAN CHEF, FORST, SAN BARTOLOMEO and WINTERHALTER, was the icing on the cake of a stand which covered over 350 m² and laid the foundations for a new QUALITY standard.
Just think of the over 60 machines on display, the SHOW COOKING in collaboration with exceptional chefs such as MARCO PIROTTA and ANDREA MAINARDI, and our formidable salespeople, who, while fully respecting the current rules on Covid, welcomed visitors and saw to their every need and question.
It was an immense pleasure, and it was even more so because, on the other side, we did not merely meet customers or potential customers, but people, in flesh and bone (something not to be taken for granted these days), who share with us a MISSION, an ideal of haute cuisine and quality packaging that can only be achieved through research and development and the application of NEW TECHNOLOGIES.
THANKS to all of you, because, with your enthusiasm, your interest and the numerous orders placed at the fair, you have repaid every effort, every hour spent setting up a stand that, in addition to providing you with a glimpse into the FUTURE, sought to make you feel truly at HOME.
